Johanna Fischer, managing director of tmf dialogue marketing, added: “We are happy to expand our partnership with the Vilnius Convention Bureau. Our aim is to inform the MICE industry about this great destination, which has a lot to offer to both corporate and association meeting planners. Our collaboration will also showcase local opportunities for business relations with universities, the City of Vilnius, investment organisations, as well as with other companies operating in the Lithuanian capital.
Vilnius is currently undergoing a surge in business development infrastructure, which will position the city as a world-class destination for various meetings and events. Over the next few years, a number of premium hotels will set up shop in Vilnius, and their opening will coincide with two major city developments – the opening of the Vilnius Congress Centre and the Modern Art Centre, which are scheduled to open at the beginning of 2018 and 2019 respectively.
